DIVING SAFETY - INCIDENTS
member organisations encourage divers to report any incidents that occur
so that an analysis can take place and others can learn from what occurred.
Any personal information is treated with strict confidence. Divers can
submit such reports through their own training organisation or directly
using a form available for download below. The BSAC compiles a central
database with the assistance of other BDSG members. Incident information
and statistics can be readily accessed at http://www.bsac.com//page.asp?section=1030§ionTitle=Diving+Incidents.
Please assist this data collection by submitting completed forms to:
Incidents Advisor, The British Sub-Aqua Club, Telford's Quay, South Pier Road,
Ellesmere Port, South Wirral, Cheshire CH65 4FL
